Bee Natural LLC is a small apiary (2 people to be exact), in Smyrna Delaware. We produce local honey and package honeys from across the country. In addition to the honey, we also handcraft a variety of products from hive.

We strive to  produce 100 to 150 nucleus hives for spring sales. 

Keeping our standards high for both us, and that of our hives is important at Bee Natural. We have been and will continue to  produce a high quality and well-valued product.

All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service or UPS . 

Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow up to 3 business days for processing and we will choose no more than a 5 day option for shipping.  However, once your order has left our shop, it is out of our control. Bee Natural, LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping once they have been accepted by the USPS or UPS; we will only replace packages lost in shipment or broken. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the buyer / seller at the time of purchase. 

 If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we'll file an insurance claim through the designated shipping provider, and replace the broken/damaged item.  Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if you have any complaints, and present proof of damage.  Proof of damage is needed to file an insurance claim with the shipping provider. 

Refund/Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed via email before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is dissatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Complaints

Any complaints about our products must go through beenaturalllc@yahoo.com.  Each complaint will be looked at individually. 

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
